Tip of the Day – Manage Distractions

Distractions are a part of every day. The TV, your computer, pinterest and your cell phones are time drainers. Sometimes it’s a good idea to limit yourself time-wise from these daily distractions. Put on a timer for 20 minutes and then when it goes off get back to what you need to do!
